Application Process:

1)    Fill out the Conferences Application Form

2)    Complete a cover letter stating why you are interested in external conference and a resume

3)    Collect 5 signatures from 4 students and 1 Professor who support you attending this conference.

4)    Please email your completed application to Malcolm Horne enrohm@hotmail.com and Whitney Wong ubc.cus.exco@gmail.com before the specified deadline for your conference.
